Frequently Asked Question

If a card was not picked during the print process please try the steps below:

1. check the card guide in the input hopper (gray slide adjustment). Make sure it is on the number 30.

2. Take the cards out of the input hopper and fan the cards using your thumb on the short side of the cards.  This will help with static electricity causing the cards to stick to one another.
